Don't know for sure......................I remember coming to this board 4 years ago or so and mentioning the incident and the majority of replies (even though I thought I might have been doing about 75mph) was that it wasn't worth going to court and fighting over a plane doing me as they are usually accurate and don't lose cases...I questioned whether the cop and the pilot of the plane would both show up, but in the end, I just paid the fine..............
