Default Wheel offset?

Looking at wheels for my 2006 C6,I found a set I like in the stock sizes(18x8.5 front-19x10 rear). The wheels are Z06 style deep dish, black with chrome lip.The wheel offsets are 46mm front and 65mm rear I can`t remember what the stock offset is but I do not think this is.Will these wheels fit the same as stock offsets? Since the wheels are called deep dish is that why the offset is different so they will fit like the stock wheels? Sorry if this is a stupid question but thats why I love this forum you can get answers to things just by asking.

You need +56 for the front and +79 for the back. Otherwise, these will stick out from the fender.

The offsets are more aggressive than stock, but they probably wont stick out since the 1/2 wider rear Crays that I had also had a 65 offset and did not stick out...they were flush with the fender.

moving the wheels 10mm (<1/2") and 14mm (slightly more than 1/2") is not going to make them "stick out from the fender"

Your new rim will stick out 20mm beyond the stock rim. That may still be under the fender. When you add rubber you may have a problem. My wheels stick out 13mm beyond the stock and are very close to the fender. Please see below.

not 20mm...he's keeping the same width and only changing the offset

shift will be 10mm outboard front and 14mm outboard rear

My wheel/tire combo looks just like C6 CYAA's look when viewed from the rear or from above. They do NOT stick out past the wheel well lip. I have 18x9.5 +56 on the front and 19x10 +65 on the rear. That pushes front and rear about .5" out from stock. I am using stock tire sizes. With wider tires .... may become an issue.

I am clueless when it comes to posting photos. Search for "new wheels and tires" by me in the general (C6) forum and go to the 9th reply from KBoltz. He posted a couple of photos for me.

Thanks, they don`t seem to stick out any farther than stock wheels. The wheels that KBoltz has on his car are the ones I would like to get.I sent him a PM to see what the offset on his wheels are,I`m waiting for his reply.Did both of you get your wheels from OE Wheel in Florida. Thanks for the info on your wheels.
