is it my computer or something wrong with the site. if i click "Store" on the forum, a window pop out and reads "This copy of quickmenu has not been purchased. (www.opencube.com)". What does that mean? I was still able to made a purchase on one of the accessories from Zip products, but a few days later, I have to close my visa card due to an attempt of cash advance. not sure if this has something to do w/ that purchase, or it could be from some other online purchases made.

I just got the same message. It sounds like a software license hasn't been purchased for the shopping cart program or something like that. I don't think it's related to your credit card.

Well, this is wierd! I get the very same message, but when I click "OK" on the pop-up, then my browser goes directly to the store page.

Beats me...

Mine works OK.

Are you signed in when you try to go to the store?

I am using Firefox.

What version IE are you using?

Jeff...

Same here but mine also goes to the store when I click on okay (using IE). It's a problem with the software...nothing to do with you.

But maybe you should check your credit score just in case.

I get the message too, which points to www.opencube.com where they are trying to sell Internet browser related software. Must be a new twist to spam.

I don't think so. I think it's software that IB uses for it's webpage. The error we're seeing just indicates that it's not operating properly.
