Where is the rear lifting points on 08 C6. Got my new mufflers and getting ready to install and cant find the little key holes that I thought designated the proper lifting points. Anyone got any pics or guide?

they are hard to see sometimes they are near the front and rear of the doors (using them as a reference point) in the frame. the keys you are talking about have an opening about the size and shape of a normal size bandaid. good luck, paul

Just google it, you will get a diagram on the lifting points and other points.

You can use a good 4X4 under the diff with a floor jack and get the back end of the car up in the air. Then you will be able to see where to put the jack stands at the proper lifting points. I just change my stock exhaust over to the NPP exhaust. I used race ramps and that made the job real easy. Good luck!!

The diagram below shows them in desired order with 1 being the most desirable place to lift and 4 being the least.

Here's another link that may help. When using a floor jack a crossbeam adaptor is helpful to have. Northern Tool no longer stocks them but someone recently posted another source.
