XM Module
I have an 06 vert and am wondering where my XM Module is located. I want to hook up an i-pod wire instead of using the XM
Thanks

Is the reception better? How much extra does XM charge for the aquatic satellite relay, and do they automatically renew it yearly?
I've read that the module is behind the driver's side cabin panel in the back of the car.
Do we refer to this as a "trunk"?

To your first 3 questions, I don't know I haven't used XM even during the free time.
On my Coupe the XM module was mounted by the drivers rear speaker.
On the coupe I believe the proper name is rear stowage compartment.
On the Vert it's call the trunk.

Sure, you gotta remove the waterfall. Couple of screws and a plastic christmas tree on the drivers side.

Search this forum for "Waterfall" there are a couple of write ups about removal.

Put the top down but leave the tonneau cover open.
There are 2 Torx bolts on top and 2 push-pins accessible from the back. Also on the back, on the passenger side, down low, is a plastic "fir tree" pin.
Pull all of these and the Waterfall comes right off.
Good Luck.
