Manual or automatic transmission? If you have a manual, you don't. Lawyers too concerned about the seat moving and causing your foot to slip off the clutch. In an automatic it is in park by default of you were able to start the car so the seat moves. In a manual, because of the clutch switch the memory seats will not move unless you hit the button.
Actually, Red07C6, what you have asked for will not work with either an automatic or a manual. The seat will not move when you enter the car. Page 10 of the 2007 owner's manual does not say that.
Here's what page 11 says:
If your vehicle has the Auto Memory Recall
feature and it is turned on in the Driver Information
Center (DIC), the seat, mirrors, and telescopic
steering column position will automatically adjust
to their programmed positions when the engine
is started.
Notice that it says that if you have an automatic, the seat will move when you start the engine, not when you enter the car.

Correct. If you have an auto, you can set it to have the seat move to the most aft position and have the steering retract to the dash when you shut down.
Then when you start, the seat and steering wheel will move back to your driving position (with the auto).
