GM should really listen to everyone on the forum here and fix, upgrade, update, add to, take away, ect...from the Corvette to make it how the people want it~the seats could be upgraded for one thing and so could the center consel.

You are aware that this is a company on the verge of bankruptcy, aren't you? They are not upgrading or changing anything on a sports car. Look for the focus to be on "green" crap. The gov't gets involved and the consumer suffers. If you drive a C6 it may very well be the last "C" ever. My guess is that they're bankrupt next month.

OK, I'll play.
1. V8 twin turbo
2. Seats with more bolster, so you feel more planted in the car.
3. No more plastic dashes.
4. Stop any tackiness, such as the equipping the GT1 edition with window decals.
I really like mine and wouldn't change a thing about it. Love the seats- love the console.
Maybe it's just not the right car for you?
That's cool that you like it exactly like you bought it. Some of us think a few things could be improved, or changed just for personalization, and that's why there's a market for mods.

Key word is personalization. That is what most of us want and most of us do.

I agree 100%! If there are things you don't like you're always able to change it using the vast aftermarket that's available for Corvette.

Whatever... the car is awesome already.. Nothing is perfect..
GM brought us performance, style and comfort in a reasonable price range.. It's reliable, fast and fun... One of the best buys on the planet.. It's not perfect... but just try and find something else that compares...
There will always be those who bitch about the seats, ticking noises or whatever... who cares... They are missing the big picture... too bad for them..
The GM model is flawed. but the people in charge are the problem.
They have not listened to he consumer (US!) for many, many years and that is one part of the reasons they are on the brink of bankruptcy. I would be surprised if they started listening now............
Their quality reputation has suffered against foreign competition and that is a hard reputation to change. Let's hope it's not too little too late....
It would be a never ending impossible task to incorporate all the changes people on this forum would like. There are "obvious" improvements that could be made, but cost is always a factor. Right now they are headed for Chapter 11 and that is their real battle.
as far as i'm concerned i already own the perfect corvette an 08 z06. also why would anyone or company in their right mind listen to a bunch of suggestions from a group of unqualified **** retentive fanatics who know nothing about the car business?
