I've never seen it done. The dealership offers you a ride as a courtesy for being put out. Hence the name - Courtesy Shuttle. Why would one pay them more $$ for being put out. Do you tip the guy who brings your car around when you pick it up? Do you tip the lady that takes your money at the dealership. Where does it stop? I guess it doesn't hurt to offer if you're so inclined - I've just have never seen it done nor would I do it unless the driver did something more than just drive me to work.

Maybe if the "shuttle driver" was drivin' a ZR1 and he let me take over for a minute . . . I'd probably give him a tip.

Yes, I think its nice to tip anyone that provides a nice service. Especially if a few bucks might make their day. Only time it was awkward for me was when I tried to tip a LEO.
