I had a shop install my M2W with a deadman pedal switch. The flaps on the mufflers are not closing. What are the trouble shooting steps you have used. How do I disconnect it and keep the flaps closed?
Did the car come with NPP mufflers or did you add them with a separate vacuum pump? I believe you have to have vacuum at the flaps in order to keep them closed.

I'm assuming this reply was intended for my question on the vacuum source. Just for clarification, the M2W is not a vacuum source. The M2W (Mild to Wild) is a switch that plugs in to the foot well fuse panel to allow the operation of the all ready existing vacuum system in a car with a factory installed NPP or Z06 dual mode muffler set up. It can also be used in conjunction with a third party vacuum system to allow the valves to operate. For example, the package called NPP in a Box from forum vendor Nakidparts.
I trust from your reply that you have installed the NPP in a box system. If that is the case, it appears that Eric is working with you via PM to troubleshoot the install and operation. Hopefully you get it straightened out.
