The more I see the XLR's detail bits the more I dislike it.
Horrible blondwood/aluminum pastiche on the inside -- looks awful when the Germans do it, awful when the Japanese do it, and now awful when the Yankees do it.
The boomerang CHMSL looks as bad here as it does on CTS.
And was there a miscommunication on the taillights? They just folded the excess over the top hoping nobody would notice? It reminds me of a combover.
It's too bad, because I like the overall shape and style of the car.
wow..... It looks like the XLR evokes (heh) very passionate feelings, either you love it or hate it. I personally love that car, adaptive cruise, Night vision.... should do rather well. Pitty we have to wait another year or so before it'll show up in show rooms :(
If you thought you saw some type of C6 or Vette propotype you had to have stayed out too long and drank toooooo much the night before. :U That thing is UUUUUUUUUUUUgly. Let me further define that, it's FUGLY... If that was the new planed Vette design I'd trade camps and get a Stang. Please, that is as ugly as home made soap :U
