It can always be "fixed" they say, but I look at it as, hey this is my baby....... Dam

Well good luck to you but look at the bright side, You're okay/ alive because anything can happen in accidents.
So just get it fixed move on and have better days ahead.

Sorry to hear about the car, but you probably saved the motorcyclist's life.
Be happy about that.
I once had a bike lay down right in front of me in a light drizzle. VERY scary. The guy and his girlfriend went flying off the bike and the bike kept going and spun around a few times. I was able to stop, put on the flashers and ran over to check on his girlfriend. He made a classic mistake and ran right over to check the damage on the bike. She was really pissed.
Be happy about that.
