Doesnt look terribily bad. Very fixable. New front bumper, floor pans, front lower rad support, and repair/rapaint the drivers side and back bumper. Gravy work we love at my shop.
Great job avoiding the only thing that matters, the biker.
I'm sure you'd do the same if you have to do it over. Great job and it'll fix up just fine i'm sure.
Welcome to the Forum. Sorry to hear about your Vette. All I can say is that if I ever get knocked off my bike and end up laying in the road, I hope I have someone with your presence of mind following behind me!!!!
That biker owes you a big "hug". You saved his life!!! Good job man!
In this case just a car vs a person, you did the right thing, hope the car gets back to the same condition it was in before the accident. Glad you weren't hurt.
Sorry to hear about the car, but you probably saved the motorcyclist's life.
Be happy about that.
I once had a bike lay down right in front of me in a light drizzle. VERY scary. The guy and his girlfriend went flying off the bike and the bike kept going and spun around a few times. I was able to stop, put on the flashers and ran over to check on his girlfriend. He made a classic mistake and ran right over to check the damage on the bike. She was really pissed.
I would take it to a Chevy dealer and talk to the paint guy, and after the repairs are made will he stand behind the as-new repair, reason: there used to painting Vette colors. good luck
