I love the Fusion, no drone with flaps closed at any speed and much louder than stock. There is considerable drone with flaps open, but only at certain rpms. I much prefer the larger tips on the BB.

To each his own.

Two C6 Bi-Modal exhaust systems: (all IMHO)
NPP – little bigger tips than base exhaust – lots of visible hardware – ugly visible mufflers – visible flaps – outside pipes usually dirtier than inside pipes - $1200

B&B Fusions – good size tips – choice of round or oval – hidden hardware & flaps – polished stainless steel mufflers tucked up out of sight - $1200

Not exactly ricer fart can size. 4.25” dia.

Those look nice, have a vid of them? Also do you know what its gains are power and weight reduction wise?

My 09 vert came loaded with everything except NPP. I was not happy about that so i recently took the stock muff's off and replaced them with npp. they are plenty loud enough for me. beyond that just attracts the attention of the leo's.

I have NPP and use Mild to Wild. It allows a louder sound even at lower RPM and then can be switched to quiet mode at cruising speed to eliminate drone.

Last weekend I replaced the stock muffs on my '05 with a set of NPPs from an '08. Also added NPP in a Box kit. About 4 hours of labor to do both (have a friend with a lift, which was nice). Very happy with the results. Another friend has a BB Fusion on his car. He thinks the NPPs are a bit louder. I think they are about the same. Its all personal preference - just like motorcycle pipes.

The tips are too small also. Way too small.
I'd go with aftermarket like a Corsa Sport...way better sound and much nicer looking tips. And there is NEVER any drone like the NPP in the open position.

I noticed one thing that seems to be a constant, and that's the Corsa exhausts.
They always have a positive response in all the posts I've read as having a great sound with the least, or no drone.
And not just on Vettes or this Forum
It's usually about the Corsa Touring or the Corsa Sport and how Happy the owner is with their Corsa exhaust

My Corsas are great. NPP wasn't availale when I bought my 06. However, the next new one I buy will have NPP's.

I ordered the NPP option on my 08 coupe.
With the fuse pulled it's perfect!
No need for an aftermarket exhaust system.

However for those who insist on an aftermarket system
nothing sounds better than the Corsa Extremes.

Just bought the 2010 GS with NPP. Mild to Wild installed within the first week and I love it.

Like to cruise highway without the drone (A6), but when idling through town it's open and sounding good! Only way to fly.
