I notice that the drone is mostly on coupe's, not converts. If you own a coupe, look out for the noise.

Thats interesting that you say that.

I have a vert so I really don't noticed any droning noise.

True, because of the partition from the trunk in the convertible. I had them on my convertible and the drone was there, but liveable for me.

Fit and installation is another story...after spot welding and adding brackets to keep the passengers side over the axle pipe from hitting the frame duing turns if was finally fixed, but major PITA.

Old story holds true, "you get what you pay for". Corsa or Borla next time.

Have American Thunders on my 08 coupe. Love them. Sound great all the time and I don't notice any drone. Everything back is stock.

It's subjective. There is cabin noise around 1500rpm. I've put 36,000 miles on my coupe with flowmasters and love them. Done 8+ hour roadtrips with them and no noticeable fatigue. But the noise is there.

A guy in our Vette club has flowmasters on his A4. They have a deeper tone than Corsa sports for sure. He says there is very little drone with his setup.
