I would buy them if they only worked as turn signals, but they look stupid when the brakes are applied. My third LED brake light already has a rapid flash feature when you apply the brake to wake people up, so the simultaneous sequential flashing of brake lights in opposite directions when the brakes are applied would only confuse following cars.

It's like buying different wheels, you can't see them when your driving. But you know they are there. When it's parked, then you can enjoy them.

Um............ that's the four way emergency flashers you are talking about, not the brake lights............With this mod, the brake light side stays steady on with both lights.......

Ah so; if that is the case then I reverse my position since sequential emergency flashers would draw more attention than non-sequential (standard) emergency flashers. Can anyone else who have these on their Vette confirm that brake light function is not affected? I would like to make doubly sure. Thanks.

I like them, they looked way better in action than I thought they would.

Brake lights are un-changed. My example of both sides blinking is for the EMR flashers.

I got mine from ZIP about 3 and a half years ago. Zero problems or issues. (Yes, I do drive my car!) The brake lights almost fire simultaneously...almost. Now, if the Corvette had 6 tail lights like the kitted C2s did...

I bought mine for conspicuity purposes. Comments from other Corvette drivers tells me it is effective.

Not sure how Tail Lights are confused with Performance parts, but oh well, I like 'em...

Do you see any Porsche, Lambo, Ferrari, Aston, Bugatti, Bentley, etc with sequential lights?

I'm thinking it's just an East Coast / West Coast thing. It's like saying why did you tint your windows or install a set of mesh side grilles...same difference... it's not related to performance, it's all cosmetic and just a personal choice...
