Sorry to hear of the BS you and your dealer partner have had to go through.......

When you set up again please consider your Canadian potential. There are huge differences between Canadian and American dealer costs on GM parts. If you set up the pre clearance UPS system I could see where Canada could become 20% of your revenue!!

Best of luck to you Gene and please disregard my email of an hour ago..........you have more important things to do.......

Gene,
Best of luck in your new endevor. It's been some hard times for GM dealerships, and I am very sorry to hear it has directly effected you. Although we may be business competitors, we are still 2 men trying to support our families. I don't know how far you would be willing to travel, but one of my "sister" stores would be real interested in working with you. Or of course, you could always move to the beautiful beaches of DE . Again, I'm sorry for the misfortune, let's hope this turns out to be more of a blessing for you and your family.
Sincerely,
Kevin Cassimore

Gene,

For an Internet vendor, you certainly give doing business with you a “personal” feel. Thanks for getting my ceramic brake pads out to me in the midst of this chaos.

I look forward to future business when you get setup in the new shop. Best of luck.

Ps. I hope Josh @ RPI got my ZR1 rear spoiler from you that I just ordered from him on 9/10.

As the old advertising slogan went, "Parts is parts". But you, Gene, are not generic. You are what makes GM Parts House what it is. With your reputation, any dealership should be falling all over themselves to get you under their roof. Good luck finding the best deal for yourself and we'll still be here when you get back up.

Gene,

I'm very sorry to read this news. I hope that you get squared away and back up and running quickly and as painlessly as possible. I can't imagine. You've been a good forum vendor and a trusted source of information on the forum and we all look forward to you getting back to normal.
