As mentioned, not only is their a great thread on personalized plates here on the Corvette Forum but there's entire web sites devoted to vanity plates as well.

Besides coming up with something you personally like or one that means something special to you, I suggest you don't make it overly complicated. Keep it simple and readily understandable. 'Puzzle' plates can be fun but if I can't figure a plate out in a few seconds, I lose interest fast.

When I was first thinking about a personalized plate, my youngest son and I came up with 5 or 6 possibilities. I actually photoshopped our choices onto small mockups of actual Arizona license plates. Then, I let my son pick the winner (shown in an older photo below). Good luck!
