Usually when the front tires are out of balance the car will shake between 45 and 55, above that it was always the rear tires that are out of balance.
Unless something has changed that is still the case, if the tires come into balance off the car try finding a place than can balance the wheels on the car, did you possinly have rotors off and not have put them back exactly where they were, or maybe a rotor lost one of it's balance weights....
The Tires were not brand new. They were on another set of wheels i had and all was balanced just fine before the swap on bothe sets of wheels and tires.
The key may lie with the tech who did the balance. Took two tries on the road-force to get the back wheels smooth, but they are smooth.
I did not watch the guy do the front nor would I know what I was looking for.
All the old weights are off and I celane dup the tape. Dont know about the yellow dot.
maybe 2nd times a charm on the fronts too.
How long was that set unused and how did you store the tires before you put them back on the car? Obviously if you didn't have the problem before the wheel/tire swap then it must not be the car itself but your new wheel/tire combo.
My money is on balancer operator error. Although with the computer systems today you really have to be dunce to screw it up.
Road Force balancing will tell you if there is a problem with the tire or the wheel (if done properly). Road Force is the only option for balancing your wheels/tires, and you shouldn't have any vibration at any speed (if you know what I mean).

They were unused for maybe 2-3 months stored right side up (I know not the best). But I used them for a good 2-3 months before the swap and they were smooth.
Wheels are at the shop. They said there looked to be some cupping on the outside. These tires have about 2k miles on them and have been on the track a couple of laps too.
Still they were balanced just fine before the wheel swap.
The Tech who will be doing the roadforce said he would look at all aspects and try to get them balanced up just right. He seemed like he knew what he was doing.
Just put the shoes on the car... While I was at the shop he told me that he got them torequire .012-.017 oz on all 4 wheels.
He said at that level I shouldnt notice any vibration under 200mph
it makes since to me but why cant they get it to .00000?
I will wait till after rush hour or tomorrow to stretch her legs...
Got a **** poor drive in I thought Football was on the weekends. My route was the same route as the local high school team. To top it off I was topless and it began to sprinkle on me. AND while trying to evade the rain-I got radared speeding. (I evaded that too)
Results:
First pull to 75 -smooth...but I had to slow down quickly
second pull to 75-80 felt a vibration but had to slow down again.
third pull to over 80 felt smooth but I did not get a chance to spend much time there.
That was all I got until Johnny Law radared me then It was slow going all the way home.
next week I will have some real highway Tine to test this out.

Don't settle! I'm having the same issues with my aftermarket wheels, 09 Z06 repos from West Coast Corvettes. Mounted new General UHP tires and had a bad vibration at 65. Took it to another shop today and thy re-balanced the wheels. Now the vibration comes in at 75 although it’s not a bad as before. I’m dropping the car back off on Wednesday hopefully thy can figure out what’s wrong. Good luck
