Smog Check problem

Everywhere I take the car for smog check the technician passes out after seeing the car. Whats going on? (*)

Photoshop. Yes. These type of 'mods' better live only on hard disks in cyber space. I do not want to see a real one, and I hope you agree.

It just occured to me. Those lights look like a dealer installed option, and the exhaust looks like it came from a shop a couple miles up the road from Boardwalk. I wonder, if Tim has any idea that this is happening?
