Different window problem
My 05 has been dead. I jumped it the other day and the passenger window will only go down, and wont come up at all, from either switch. I tried indexing, but this still persists. Any ideas?

If your car is back up and charged, go ahead and disconnect the negative terminal on the battery for a few minutes and then reconnect. Re-index both windows and see if that doesn't fix the issue. Low battery such that the car won't start typically still leaves some power to the systems, just not enough to start the car. The window positions don't have mechanical sensors they actually rely on a count from the window motor to determine if they are up and or down. The dieing battery may have been enough to corrupt the data for the window. The battery disconnect will allow you to reset the data with a new window index and that might take care of the problem. Otherwise it could be window regulator that may need to be replaced in the passenger door.
