Do you guys/gals think about other cars you want to own besides the vette? Sometimes I wonder off about F-cars caddies, this that. But I really do love my vette still. It would be hard to part with her.

I look at cars like I look at women: Many of them catch my eye, some make me think 'what if', but ultimately I know I am happiest with the one I have.

That said, if I had the room, I'd love to have one of the new CTS-V in addition to my C6Z. Does that make me a polygamist?

Never, otherwise I'd be posting in other forums instead of this one.

Sure, I often think of other cars I'd like to own but that doesn't mean I'd consider getting rid of my Corvette. My C6 is my performance car...it gets better with each modification, its reliable and it's evolving into a very nice track car. It's too nice and too much fun to even consider replacing. Sometimes I think about buying a second 'performance' car but my practical nature always gets in the way. My 'other car' debate now is whether or not I should replace my 'workhorse' 2001 Suburban. Who knows? Maybe one day I'll throw caution to the wind and buy a second performance car.

That's an interesting analogy. I wouldn't get ride of my present ride either. Perhaps polygamy is the way to go

I want a Viper.

I know all the bad stuff but since it's just a weekend car and not my DD, most of the bad stuff doesn't apply.

I would love a ferrari 360, but all the maintenance costs are outrageous. Compared to the C6 you can't be it, bang for the buck. Hell maybe my next vette will be a vert. That would be sweet.

Got the hots for a Dodge Challenger SRT 6 speed. It won't leave me alone. Perhaps a R/T will quiet the brain. I would still keep the 08 Corvette.

I have not seen a car I would rather own than my Corvette.

I am constantly looking for cars, I love my corvettes and drive mine as much as I can, but I don't use them as everyday drivers.

Mostly at this time of the year I drive my,09 toyota tacoma, and when I feel like it I drive a 08 Miata hardtop.

Now I'm looking for a winter driver, last winter I bought a 91 miata, I liked it so much I bought the new 08, nice car fun to drive and 37 Mpg.

This year I don't know what I' going to drive, on the salt and cinder covered roads, but I will find something.

I want to keep what I have and add more tho it aint gonna happen financially! There are a ton of great cars in the world and I'd drive all of them if I could. Knowing what car I'd want to OWN besides the Vette would take a lot more research. Here are a few I really want to drive someday...

Sure. Would love to have one of each. I think Ferrari is the ultimate sports car. Porshe, Lambo, Aston, Viper. They test some amazing cars on Top Gear like Ascari and Zonda. If I could pick any car I would be tempted with the Zonda:

I've always wanted a Gallardo. You can get an 04 for around 80K now. Still too much for me. I had a black Audi R8 next to me at a stoplight. It looked amazing in person. I'd def buy one if I could.

I don't look at other cars to replace the vette just to go along with it.

Now this is going to sound pretty sad:

I used to think about owning Lambos, Ferarri's, and lots of other cars. Now that I have my latest Z06, I have only been thinking about owning more Z06 Corvettes. Even after a visit to a Ferrari dealership outside Calabasis last week. Maybe a Cyber Gray Z to go with my LMB.
