a 325/35R20 tire size is not listed in the current edition of the Tire and Rim Handbook, which is the bible of the American Tire Manufacture's..... if that size is built, the manufactures web site should have the design rim width listed for it. You can go +- .05" on the rim width and stay in compliance.

also is there big differents between 315 wide to 345? is it worth going wide body because of that
You can easily run stock size Z06 supercar runflats...325 rear tires on 11" rims (with proper offsets) with your stock body C6. Whether your need to use 345's justifies the expense of using Z06 body panels or tubbing your rear wheel wells only you can decide.
