C6 vs C5 Comments?

I have both the C5 (2000) and C6 (2005) and I'd have to agree that the C6 is a better all around driver than the C5 it's just not leaps and bounds better.

Had a 2001 coupe and loved it but my '09 coupe is head over heels a much better car. The ride is much, much better and the extra 80 HP is very noticable. I do still miss my C5 at times but would do it again.

Went from a 2000 NBM A4 Vert which I loved to a "08 CRM A6 Vert. Yes the C6 is a better car. It took me awhile to warm to the C6 looks, but it grows on you. Performance and handling are a definite plus. I was concerned that with the Z51 package the ride would be compromised, but that was not the case. The ride is better than the C5 with the base suspension, a great car.

Had a 2002 C5 coupe, purchased a new 2008 C6 coupe, Z51

The C6 is much better....in every way.

As you can see, I have both. This is my second C5 that I got 4 months ago. I don't compare the two I have now because my '08 is a Z06. But, I did have an '05 C6 that I traded in for the Z. Comparing the '05 and my '03, I have to say, the C6 is far above the C5 in handling and all around performance. I believe the C6 quality is a bit better too.
If you decide to go for a new C6, you could not have picked a better time.
