Z06 wheels will bolt on but they are too wide for the stock fenders. They will stick out beyond the body. Even if you are willing to live with the look, you run the risk of cracking the body panels if the suspension bottoms out. Here are some pics provided by Talon90 in a previous discussion:

Check out CCW wheels. Z06 (325/275) size tires on Made in America, quality forged wheels while keeping the stock bodywork.

Z06 wheels will not fit properly on a stock body C6. You can, however, use Z06 rubber. My street wheel are CCW SP16A wheels, 9.5” x 18” front - 11” x 19” rear with Goodyear Eagle F1 Supercar EMT’s...275/35ZR18 front / 325/30ZR19 rear...stock Z06 tires. Naturally, you need the correct offsets for the wheels you go with. I like CCW wheels but any knowledgeable wheel vendor/manufacturer should be able to hook you up correctly.

The GM splashguards look really nice with the wider wheels and if you want splashguards that are much less visible, check out NakidParts.

That's a lot of money for such a small amount of gain.
