Endlinks
Are the updated end links the same for Z51 and non Z51 cars? (swaybar endlinks) rear.

Pretty sure they're different... the Z51 has zerk fittings:

Edit: Just looked at my 09 Z51, definitely has the zerk fittings.
2nd Edit: Sorry guys. See posts #9&10 below... the Z51 tie rods have zerks. Not the sway bar endlinks.

Clunk
I don't believe that the sway bar endlinks have any zerk fittings. The grease fittings are for a different part of the suspension. As far as I could tell the "new" endlinks for the C6 are the same as the ones used on the C5 Z06. They made a huge difference in getting rid of an annoying clunking noise that showed up when I upgraded to the Z51 sway bars. In my case the noise sounded like it was coming from the rear end but was actually from the from front.
There are a few threads out covering this problem and with the required torque levels. Good luck.

The one's that are on the car now has the grease fittings but I was under the impression that the updated links did not have the grease fitting anymore.

When I replaced my endlinks (popping) I put on the endlinks with the ZR1 code.

Could you elaborate on this please. I got the clunking noise when going over speed bumps or really tight turns.

Do they have grease fittings?

No sway bar end links have any grease fittings.
The grease fitting is on the rear tie rod.
Two entirely different parts.

Vehicles with the Z51 performance package have greaseable outer ends on both of the rear toe-links.

Ahhhhh I see. That explains a lot. So it's the tie rod ends on the z51 that has the zerk fittings and the end links are the same.

I'm on my 3rd set of endlinks on my Z51. This last set is supposedly the updated set and seem to be working good. The originals and 1st replacement sets both wore out very fast.

Went through two sets of GM links in under 20K miles. GM designed Junk.
Get the LG or other heim joint style links for a permanent fix.
