tinting windows

I only tinted the rear window at 20% (laws in Michigan). No adverse affects other than it is sometimes difficult to see out the rear in certain lighting conditions (when it's dark out and I'm trying to back out of somewhere). Side mirrors are a good second option in those situations. No issues wih the the rear window defrost. Just be careful with who you use if you want to go with a 1-piece tint film. It is rather time consuming to do it right (about 1.5-2 hours work).

I have the 3M Color Stable 20 on all windows.. Love it!
Plus it really adds to the looks of your car.. and besides Vettes HAVE to have tinted windows.. it's the law!

I really wish it was that easy (but, as usual, I was also pressed for time, and after 6 places I was DONE. I settled for a bit of air and the 20% I wanted, and the rest of the guy's work was AWESOME.
Now I just got to get the vinyl to complete the back.....
So, to the OP, here's 20% all around on Black C6 (with 35% on the front windshield--YES, I know that is not legal, but neither is speeding!):
As with other posts here, you go THIS dark, you will
a) need to roll windows down at night to reverse, and
b) need to give yourself a bit of time to get used to driving at night, fog, and rain.
