Tire dressing
There are lots of wax threads...But, what about the best, shiniest, longest lasting tire dressing. Document your opinions here, please.

Zaino Z16. Control the shine with multiple coats from matte to high gloss, doesn't sling off, lasts a long time.......and it smells nice.

I don't go for shine I like the Matte black look, it stays on and dosn't splash up the car, new tires do not shine they just look new and black.

I won't use anything but Mequiar's "Endurance tire gel." They advertise it as "high gloss" but if you wipe it on with a terry wash cloth and then wipe it down while it's still wet, it leaves a great, non-glossy finish The real benefit is that it *lasts forever* (well, forever in tire dressing time.) Weeks, not days.

We offer many dressings for many users. Some are gel in design, and others are liquid. I have personally found Optimums Optibond to be about the best. Its water based, lasts quite a while, and is a nice high matte look for new and bold tires without shine. Heres a couple of the best :
Matte --- 303 Protectant (great UV protection too), Optimum Tire Shine
High Matte --- Optimums Optibond
Gloss --- Poorboys Bright/Bold, Megs Hyper Dressing, Stoners More Shine Less Time
Gel ---- Pinnacle or Wolfgang or DP
Longest Lasting -- Ultima Tire/Trim Guard

I use 303 Protectorant. It looks realistic. I don't like the high shine look - it appears too fake. I have a bottle of tire shine I used once sitting in the garage - which reminds me I need to throuw it away.

Just a light application of Aerospace 303 with a rag. Don't want it shiny and don't want it slinging onto the side of the car.

Tore mfg suggests only car wash and water. There is some risk to the sidewall life using these tire shines.
