Was in N/C after driving cross country from LA. Heard some slapping from left front ,doing 25mph. Stopped the car left front inner tread had seperated down to the cords. I assumed front end alighment problems. Drove another 15 miles to Jeff Gorden chevy,no damage tire held together for that time. They found a pair of Bridgestones for the front that were r/f did a realighment and sent me on my way in about three hrs.

You CAN patch some flats on a run-flat tire, BUT I would NEVER drive triple digits for any long period of time on a patched tire. The patch can affect the tires speed rating.
