First thing you need to know is that you have to stay very close to original diameter of the stock tires for everything to function correctly.

The side wall height of the 315/30/19 is 30% of the width of the tire, or 94.5mm. for the /40/ it's 40% of the width or 126mm. So the 315/40/19 will be a taller tire with the same width.
When you change tires sizes it can effect your active handling systems, so you need to keep the relationship between the front and rear tires the same or as close to stock as possible, or your active handling will act up.
As far as if they will fit a 19x11, yes, but they will stick out past the fender with stock offsets.

Yea I have those new wheel
19 x 11 rear with 285/35/r19 and front 275/35/r18 tires , but am get alot of tire spin with them so I was thing to go with 315mm tires in the rear.
What do you guys thing would work best, and not get tire spin.
