Default window issues
I wanted to see if anyone had experienced this issue and what the resolution was: When I open my passenger door the window lowers slightly like it is supposed to but it does not roll back up once the door is closed.

Did you loose battery power, if so, read the manual and it'll tell you how to reset the windows, it is simple.

Yes I did, the shop that put my new Corsa exhaust on forgot to put the car in reverse and had to jump it off. I thought it might be that but was not sure. I'm grabbing my manual now!!

You'll have to do that to both windows anytime/every time the battery is disconnected, then reconnected.
