I use a fob from a Cadillac for everyday use on my Vert to keep the originals in clean shape and it is identical to my C6 fobs except for a remote start button in between the lock and unlock buttons. I was hopeful, but it doesn't do anything.....oh well....

thanks for all the info guys. got the fob, but didnt worry about the key. I just took the chevy key that came with it and put it on the ring at the end. All I cared about was the fob. Love how it looks. Thanks again.

Is the glovebox failsafe connector in the '07 able to receive the '08 and up fob in the event of a dead fob battery.
