Let's just put it this way: I have a black C6 and drive it every day. 4 weeks ago I put a full coat of the stuff on and all I've had to do since then is wash the wheels and then spray the car off with a hose. I dry it with a leaf blower (to avoid touching the finish) and it still looks 90% as good as it would if I actually washed it. There's a film of grime on the lower sections of the car so it's time for another wash and Rejex application this weekend.
Great Shine, excellent durability, very slick, bugs don't stick to it.
Just remember that it is a pure sealant. It has no cleaners or fillers.
Do a proper prep and you'll love it.
I have never used Zaino, I looked into it, but it looks a little complicated to use, which product do I need?
So I decided to order some Rejex, and it really does what it says, and it's easy to apply and doesn't require lots of buffing like wax. It shines and beads for months and stuff just doesn't stick to the paint at all. Every six months should be fine I would think, once early in the spring and once heading towards fall, with one in between if you're feeling frisky!
I love the stuff. But I'm sure Rejex is every bit as good if you can figure it out!

Zaino will require more time and doing multiple layering. Much more labor and paint preparation. The products will cost more as it isn't a one bottle only application and one time wipe off. Go to Zainobros.com for clarification.
I'll add my worthless two cents. I really like Rejex, but only on certain colors. I find it is very reflective, but does not seem to give the depth that some other products do. Because of the ease of use and the durability, I use it on the daily drivers, and it works wonders with my "Birch Silver Metallic" (which is a light pewter with not very much metallic) Tahoe. On that color it is as good as anything I use.
On my Cyber Gray C6, I prefer other products (although I do Rejex the wheels).

proper paint prep applies to all vehicle finishes no matter what wax/sealant product you use, its not a "zaino thing". application of zaino's polish is no different than rejex, mCguires, are any other once the prep is done.
what throws folks off is zaino makes it clear you should do that before application where other products dont.. when in fact, its a most important step in achieving the proper results from the product.... no matter what product it is.

That's a great point that I hope those using Rejex are not missing. Rejex has no cleaners at all in it. You must use something to clean the paint before Rejex or you are just sealing in the dirt/contaminants. I'll use different cleaners depending upon condition of the paint, but generally something like a Mequiars 216 for a light cleaning and then Rejex.
I'm not a Zaino guy and have nightmares reading about the 30 different products and 26 layers, etc. but no matter what is used you do need to make the paint is clean and protected. (Of course, that said, I probably have 50 different products that I use )
