I've been using Rejex for past 5 years on all my cars .. great product. Lot of guys here are using Rejex and also Zaino which is also excellent.
Use "search" .. lots of info on this.
This is one of those highly dangerous topics on this forum. So I will put in a disclaimer clause, and hopefully no one knows exactly where I live. This is all IMHO:
I have used REJEX on my '08 for almost 2 years now. In the spring, mid summer, and finally before winter sleep. I love the stuff.
It is very easy to use, somewhat readily available (usually marine supply places), and not overly priced.
It has a deep gloss, and bugs and dirt come off very easy. You can use it on your windshield as well (like RainX).
As a comparison, I also use Meguair's NXT2 on my Cadillac STS. It is very easy to use, very readily available, and inexpensive.
From my 2 years experience, I can't say which one is better - they are both super.
The Zaino boys are already ammo'ing up - so you will be hearing from them shortly. Now I am going to change my identity and go into hiding.
Rejex is a absolutely incredible product. Cannot tell you how many people are shocked at how good this stuff is after application. Great shine, bugs wash right off, water beads like nothing I have ever used, no need for towels as the water blows off with ease.
I use rejex on my 05 and love the stuff. It has a great shine and nothing sticks to it. My only complaint is it does not have any kind of cleaning agent or help if you have light scatches or swirls. Its basicly a protectant with a awesome shine.
I have used both ziano and rejex just spent the day on my 08 z I did the wheels and front bumper with rejex the rest of the car with ziano after the job was done you can take a clean cloth and slide it down the hood till you get to the front and you can tell a real differance when the cloth hits the rejex section of the car much slicker.I can't tell the diff in shine but the rejex seems to repel things better makes cleaning brake dust off chrome wheels easier just my 2 cents
Rejex is great! A lot simpler to use than all that Zxx stuff. I'm sure that all the polymer type sealants (Rejex, Zaino, etc.) are pretty similar. They are certainly better than traditional waxes - last MUCH longer, are slicker and provide at least as good a shine.
I love Rejex and is easily the "slickest" surface you will ever find and extremely easy to apply and remove. As much as I hate all the multiple applications and curing times when it comes to Zaino...the end result is better. I was hoping that end result would not be better so I wouldn't have to deal with it but unfortunately I'm stuck on Zaino now.
My dad uses Rejex on his 07 and swears by it, "bugs do not stick to it at all." I myself just put my first coat of Zaino on my '10 GS and am amazed by the stuff. I know that doesn't help much, but just my 2 cents worth
I have never used Zaino, I looked into it, but it looks a little complicated to use, which product do I need?
So I decided to order some Rejex, and it really does what it says, and it's easy to apply and doesn't require lots of buffing like wax. It shines and beads for months and stuff just doesn't stick to the paint at all. Every six months should be fine I would think, once early in the spring and once heading towards fall, with one in between if you're feeling frisky!
I love the stuff. But I'm sure Rejex is every bit as good if you can figure it out!
