Notice the second to last line on the decal near the bottom where it states that it is "Certified for sale in California". If it doesn't say that, you will have difficulty.
If it wasn't ordered with NE1 or YF5 will it still say this?! Does anyone have a photo of the same decal that doesn't have the line "certified for sale in California" on it?
Youre not obligated to sell it at your listed price. Once I listed a car so low, that one guy called me up out of breath. When I told him someone was on their way to see the car, he offered me a $1000 above my asking price.
At that moment I decided to hold off on selling it until I re-listed it at a higher price.
