Necro post and it's a C7, but I'll bite anyway. You can take the VIN to your local GM dealer and have them print a VIS report for the vehicle. It will show all dealer work done, warranty coverage, and build information.
Or, have Carmax (shivers) take a picture of the SPID sticker, which was in the glove box on C6's, don't know where on C7's and decipher the alphabet soup yourself with the help of Google.

I'm sorry, I didn't notice it was a C6 section. Thanks for the suggestion. Carmax has been no help whatsoever.
