Default Engine caps

I had three of my Black Chrome engine caps wanting to not stay in place.
I used 3M double sided tape on the Brake fluid & Power steering fluid caps
and the don't move. The Windshield washer fluid cap I can not figure out
how to keep it in place. Any ideas?

Does it snap into place, or is it just flat out loose on the bottle? Or is it just a cover on the OEM plastic cap?
I probably have different cap set than you do, but my w. washer cap is a complete replacement cap and snaps into place just like the plastic cap did. It uses an O-ring to seal the bottle and keep the cap tight on the bottle.

It just sits on top of the fill tube and spins.
