Mine had evidence of dead mice as well. Just not quite that "fresh", so to speak!

Yes, really gross smell w/ a/c on so I did a little research on the forum and pinpointed the horrible smell to the cabin filter...amazing what you can learn about your car on here!

That new filter looks quite a bit larger than the original. How did you get it in the little hole.
