Yeah, I think you're just going to have to take "the leap of faith"---especially now that the vendor has been so thoroughly aired out on here.
Just send the wheel back and ask for the refund. If it is as stated by 3 different wheel balancers (not right), you should be getting a refund for the wheel, and for the postage to mail it back as well. Hopefully, that will end this chapter.
I might add though that I wouldn't be happy with a vibration over 80 since there are times/places where that is possible.
Pleased to report WCC refunded the cost of one rear wheel -out a little shipping but, overall satisfactory transaction -WCC did appropriate response, so evidently wheel was bad. Deal w WCC w confidence!
