Default Try a set of Gorilla Locks to protect the replacements!!

These Gorilla locks are the best, all 20 lugs can have a locking lug nut to really **** off these idiots that try to steal your new wheels and tires. Cheap insurance for a nice set of new and expensive wheels and Goodyears.

Try this website for info and call Tire Rack for sales:

Man that sucks. I had some ******* walk on the top of my Camaro SS convertible one night many years ago. I came out to find footprints leading from the hood to the rear spoiler and the top caved in. I wanted to kill someone.

I know thieves are quick, but that still had to take some time to pull off. You can only do that so many time without someone catching you.

Had that happen in an apartment complex in Midwest City, OK on a Friday night thirty years ago. It was my downstairs neighbor's new Camaro and not my Nissan 280ZX parked in the next space. My bedroom window was right above both cars, but I heard nothing. Both of us wanted to take a shotgun to the thief.

I hope your insurance company fixes everything for you. And let us know if the police get lucky.

Make sure they pay you for factory wheels, then get some good aftermarket wheels and don't buy Good year tires! get some better tires as well. Sorry this happened but turn it into a "plus', then go find the dirtbags who did it. check e-bay and Craigs list for someone selling your stolen wheels and tires in your surrounding area. If you find them, *^)%)(&!

Does GM not install 1 locking lug per wheel anymore? My C5 had them but I noticed my 08 C6 did not?

I thought this car had a built in shock sensor that would set off the alarm if someone tried to jack it up.

Looks like you park your car outside, if so your gonna need to take some precautions with the new set of wheels. You know what they say about returning to the scene of the crime.

Where do you live? Is this a common thing in your area?

To help stop things like this I replaced all 20 lug nuts with locking lugs.

Get them here.

Hey everyone thanks for checking in. My car is about to get towed. I'll show some pictures of how this is going down. I'm gonna check into those lugs.

It was in front of my apartment. I'm going to start renting a garage down the road full time instead of seasonal. I don't have time to deal with this again. Taking time off from work , etc.

be back!
