Maybe Gene Culley can step in and tell us if the new seat back covers will fit the pre-2011 models.

I'm interested in the new seat skins as well. I have been eyeing them in the dealership wondering if the extra padding is in the skin part of the headrest or due to more headrest cushion. It should fit if it just some padding in the skin that slips over the seat. Anyone with a 2011 want to pull it off to find out really quick?

The seat frame is the same, but the cover and seat foam are different. Looks like you should be able to install the 2011 seat headrest foam and cover in any C6, as they are all built on the same seat frame.

Designed for better support during impact. Frankly, in person anyway, I think that they look better and are more comfortable seated in the car. It's probably just going to come down to personal preference in the looks department but I do like them.

Yep, they will retrofit in to an older C6.

If you are going to retro fit to an all ebony pre 2011 seat the stitching would need to be ebony because of the bottom skins which ebony stitched and are one piece . There lies the problem. For me I would like to have the new 2011 upper headrest and bolster skins without having to change the bottom skins to get the black stitching to match. Of course you could just change the upper and lower skins with the red stitching and not worry about the match but more $$ and time that way. Kevin, what exactly is available?
