Have fun, no real need for a buffer, but either way is fine, buffer or by hand, whatever you prefer. I've always done it by hand. I always polish the car during the week in the garage with the TV on watching baseball or whatever. It's always a nice way to spend a weeknight, TV, beer and polishing the C6...

had one of the busiest days yet, gym, staples for rescue admin stuff, vet, grocery store, you name it, then got home to find two boxes of black chrome engine accessories on my front porch..... needless to say, over half are installed right now... can you say "more Jake"?............
