So ummm... Got my doors blown off by a 2010 Viper ACR the other day... It was an amazing thing to watch but in the short amount of time it was beside me the only thing i could not help but to notice was the side exhaust and how it was sticking out of the side skirt and not under it. My question is do they make exhaust like this for C6's and the side skirts to go with it? I want it
that sounds awesome bro ,probably u can get that custom made,,,,,ummmm i think im gonna look at this ,back in the 60;s the vettes had them ,im sure it can be done .and dont be sorry bro about the nervy guys .....lol
While the Viper has always tried to be a Corvette, it just hasn't cut it, in my opinion. Sure they look good and run fast, but, they're not reliable, comfortable, or iconic as the Vette, and they're way overpriced. It's a Vette for a Mopar lover really! The Vette is THE value when it comes to HP for your dollar.
Z06???
Hell, put it up against the ZR1, as Battle of the SuperCars did, the Viper lost quite handily!
Had them on a 66 427. looked great but after a long trip you could not hear until the next day.
Were those the ones that really didn't have a muffler, but just depended on constrictions or dimples in the pipes? Pipe inside the side covers looked like a string of sausages strung out end-to-end. Pretty loud but minimal back-pressure.
