I have tried looking at the owners' manual and if it is in there I missed it. I have followed the instructions as best as I understand them in setting the memory seat however, when I turn off the ignition, the seat moves forward a couple of inches when it should move all the way back. Help!!!! What am I doing wrong?

Not sure what you're doing but ...
Put the seat all the way back the way you want it for exit.
Then push and hold the Exit seat Button ( middle button ) on the door until it beeps.
That should set it in memory and seat will go to that position when you turn off the ignition
It is the middle switch you use for exit memory. I was confused on it too. Use the 1 button for you, the 2 button for a second driver and the middle button to set for exit. Look at the book again. It is there but the instructions are not very clear.
