Tire Pressure issue
Just got new wheels, tires and sensors, is there any way to program the sensors with out the tool they say to use in the owners manual.
I am told there is a manual way it can be done, does anyone out there know the answer?

You can not do the TPM learn procedure on the Corvette without a tool (such as the J-46079, or the one above). For the Cobalt, Malibu, Impala, etc. there is a learn procedure you can do without a tool by adding or releasing air from the tires, but this does not work on the C6.

I looked at your profile and it says you have a 2010, so yes, you can do the relearn procedure without a tool!!
Take a look at the video below, but where you see a tool being used, you'll just let air out (or put it in) at each tire until you get a honk of the horn.
Put the car into the learn mode just as in the video (ignition to ACC with yellow light illuminated; simultaneously press and hold the "lock" and "unlock" buttons on the fob until you get a horn honk), then go to each wheel in the order Left Front, RF, RR, LR.
At each tire, either let air out or put air in for about 10 seconds until you get a honk of horn, then proceed to the next one. Make sure you get a horn honk at each tire (double honk at the LR) or either the sensor wasn't triggered or its ID# wasn't properly logged into the TPMS memory.
After the double honk at the LR, turn off the ignition and reset your tire pressures.
After putting the car into the learn mode you've got about a minute to trigger the LF sensor or the learn mode will time out and you'll have to do it again.
The 2005 to 2009 C6 uses a different sensor that will only trigger from the radio frequency transmission from a tire sensor/TPMS tool.
However, in 2010 they changed to a different model sensor that will trigger by changing air pressure in the tire.
