Solid Top
I am buying a used solid top for my '10 GS. It will have to be repainted to my body color. Question: will all years of C6 tops be interchangeable. Or, will only certain model year tops fit a '10. Thanks.

It will be a direct fit. As noted, the latches may be the old design which have the movable round rollers at the front latch receivers which can be more prone to noise. The new design latch has a flat bottom fixed "roller" and is easily distinguishable from the old. There are pictures of both the old and new in the second post of the roof panel noise thread.
If it is from a early 2007 (June or July build), All of 2006 or all of 2005 check with the seller to find out if the panel is part of the recall or if it has been replaced. There have been two different roof panel materials used on the C6 since 2005. The original roof panel was made from a polycarbonate and was prone to delamination from the frame. The replacement panels which were introduced in August of 2006 for the 2007 model year cars have the new SMC material panel which will not have an issue.
