Default TPMS Help please

Does anyone know the GM part number to get (4) NEW tire pressure sensors for a 2011 GS coupe? I am putting on new wheels and want to leave the current sensors in the stock wheels. My dealer wasn't sure what the correct part number was. He does understand that the 2011 / 2010 sensors are different than the others. They show 3 different part numbers for the 2011 and they believe there is a different one for earlier 2011's ....mine was built in June. I have always had good luck with this dealer for service but I told them I'd rather check on this forum to decide which part number I need. They don't seem too sure about this...... any help would be appreciated.

Thanks guys..... C6VETTE..... I called Gene at GM Parts House....he fixed me up with what he assures me is the right sensors for my car. .....GS RANDY....that part number (15268606) is not the right one for a 2011 GS according to two different places I inquired....... also, the part # might be on the part but the part is inside the tire.

Again thanks to everyone for responding

According to General Motors the 15268606 is correct for 2010 and 2011. If you have different information could you please share it and where it came from.
Thanks
Jim

All 2010 and newer C6 Corvettes built to the specs for delivery in the U.S. and Canada use the same green sensor that GMJim posted a picture of - and you can see the part# 15268606 molded into the case.

The 2005-2009 C6 uses a different sensor (gray in color with a different part#), but all 2010+ North American spec C6's use that green sensor.

You can confirm that by looking in your glove box at the sticker with the RPO codes on it. You will have a "UJM" in the list - that's the TPMS computer in the car, and that TPMS requires the green 15268606 sensor.

2005-2009 U.S. C6's have a "UJ9" in the list that uses the gray sensor. Foreign spec C6's have a different TPMS (UH3 for 2005-2009; I don't what it is for the 2010+ foreign cars) and they use an orange sensor with a different part#.

So.....as others have stated, get the green 15268606 sensors for your 2011 GS!!!

BTW, after you put the new wheels/tires/sensors on the car, don't forget to program the new sensors into the TPMS computer memory or the car won't recognize them!!

Wow..... you guys have convinced me......... I verified that I am getting the "green" one shipped to me. My dealer told me the 15268606 was not the correct part number and then I typed the number into the advance auto parts gm system and it stated "this is not the correct part number for your 2011 gs". Never the less, I have learned to trust you guys and I did confirm that they are shipping me the "green" one...... THANKS to all of you. And yes, I know that the sensors have to be "trained"......... I understand that now you can do it by just letting (or putting in) a little air in each tire until the horn honks....after putting it in "learn mode." ....I just verified that I do have the "UJM" code on the RPJ code list.
