Depends on the wheels offsets. Heres my CCW wheels 19X11/18X8.5 with Z06 tires(325/275) with the stock bodywork. Beware, some other wheel makers/vendors will say theirs dont stick out, but they will.
Ace Slick makes a very affordable wheel that looks similar to OEM Z06 in 11" rear width.
I had Ace Slicks on my coupe before I went with the wide booty. The wheels are 18x9.5 front and 19x11 rear and the offset allows then to fit the coupe nicely without sticking out. AND you could fit Z06 brakes with these wheels. Also your stock tires can be used with these wheels.
thanks guys so if I go with the right offset I will be OK cool
No one mentioned the correct offset for the rear The correct offset that you are looking for is +79 for the rear and yes 19X11 will look great. With this offset, you can run up to 325 width, however, most go with 305's

The design of the wheel itself could also be a factor. If you have any desire to upgrade to big brakes discuss it beforehand with your wheel manufacturer or vendor because big brakes may be impossible to use. If you're going to go with the Z06 tires I suggest you use 9.5" wheels in the front (instead of 8.5"). You could even go with 10" wide front wheels.
For quite-a-while I used the CCW SP16A wheels on the street...9.5” x 18” front - 11” x 19” rear with the Goodyear Eagle F1 Supercar EMT’s...275/35ZR18 front - 325/30ZR19 rear (Z06 tires). This worked very well. Good luck.

What is the correct offset for the fronts to go with 9.5's or 10's as stated above? Thanks.

Sir,
I'm in Afghanistan and soon to go home on 2 weeks R&R. I want to order a set of wheels and tires for my 05 Z51. This is my question; I'm considering buying 18x9.5 (+57) and Good Year or Michelin (run flat) 275/35/18 for the front and 19X11 (+79) and Good Year or Michelin 325/30/19 for the rear. Will the wheel-tire combination will fit with out the tire rubbing on the fender or suspention during normal or agresive driving. Your recomendation will be great..
