How wide of a wheel can I go with on a base C6 (front)? Will a 19x10 fit? If so, what size tire?
Thanks!
I'm running 19 x 10" front and 19 x 12" on the rear on my regular body vette. The offsets MUST be correct but even running 325's on the rear I have NO fitment issues... The tires DO NOT stick out past the fender wells anywhere on the car either....

I run LG's wheels in 9.5 width with 275 tires with no problems. That is 1in. wider than normal for the fronts. The rears are also 1in. wider with 305 tires but they stick out a tad. It is all about the offsets as 'cthusker" stated.

I don't know about a 19" wheel but FWIW my street wheels were 9.5” x 18” front - 11” x 19” rear Goodyear Eagle F1 Supercar EMT’s...275/35ZR18 front - 325/30ZR19 rear (stock Z06 tires). I could have easily used a 10" x 18" wheel on the front.
FWIW on the track I use 18" wheels all-around. I use 11" x 18" wheels on the front (with 3/4" spacers) running 305 track tires. No problems running on the track but in the paddock if I turn the steering wheel all the way the tires will slightly rub my DRM brake ducts. I put some thin sheet metal on the brake ducts where the tires might rub.
Your wheel manufacturer or vendor should know what works with 19" front wheels.

cthusker,
What offsets are your wheels and what brand are they?
