Do I have a bad TPMS sensor?
I just got back from the track and I'm trying to reprogram my car to read the sensors in my street wheels. I can get each tire to work with my reprogramming tool (single horn chirp), but when I get to the last tire (LF), the car won't chrip, it's like the sensor isn't there. I don't get it, do these things just go bad like that? Or is there some way to "wake it up"?

Last tire should be LR tire.
It should be LF/RF/RR/LR.

Agree the proper proceedure start's with the L/F and end's with the L/R, as swap between a track set up myself. You didn't mention the scan tool you're using as the Bartech 300 I have will scan for operational sensor's without going through a reprogram. My brother's new Cadillac CTS was showing a TPMS error, so scanned with the Bartech, and found a dead one. Guess new really doesn't mean anything, as happen's.
