If they're all nice I'd go for color. As far as the A4, I sure do like mine. It's been great. As far as the steering wheel. I like the '05' best of all. This is a sports car and I like a wheel without buttons all over it. I've had my '05' for six years now and never looked back. Don't see anything I'd fork the bucks out to trade for either. Good luck.

1 year difference is meaningless IMO when you're talking about cars of this age. I am only on the fence b/c of the A4 vs A6 & ugly shifter & wheel. I have paddle shifters now & never use them so that's moot.
It's going to be your car, so obviously go with what YOU think is best, but if you are asking for opinions, I think the 2006+ steering wheels look like $hit, they look like they came out of a mid 90's malibu.

I get the "buy as new as you can" thing, but honestly, unless it's a 2008 or newer, not sure it matters that much. I personally would go with the first one, the yellow 2005. Whatever you buy, make sure you have it thoroughly gone over.

I'd start by doing your homework on the history/documentation on each and if you're not a C6 expert, find someone that is and have them look at each car carefully.

You might also put your location into your profile to try and garner feedback from other forum members locally that might know the cars you're considering.

My 2005 (delivered Sept 2004) just hit 30k miles and has been a great car.

Good luck
I have all the VINs if someone can run reports & get build sheets too. I am not far from Philly, PA, but all 3 cars are out of state. MD, NY & NJ.

I think I'd be happier w/a 2006 or 2007 b/c of the A6, but I like the $25k price tag better.

They are all so close I'd say first go with the one you think looks best. If you love yellow, go with yellow etc.

I was like you, I HATED the 05 steering wheel. It looks terrible in pictures. It grows on you in person though and it does have the bonus of being unique to corvette whereas the newer one looks like a lot of other steering wheels in chevy cars.

If they are all auto though, as it would seem, for me that would make my decision for me. I think the A6 is a marked improvement over the A4. Not that the A4 is bad, just that the A6 is much better.

The one thing that might make me go for the A4 over the A6 is if it got me f55 along with it. I love that option.

06 is my vote. I was in the same boat a few months ago, but ended up with an '06 and never looked back. I love it! The little differences between the '05 and '06 add up IMO. Good luck!

I think I'd be happier with an 06 or 07. F55 would be great, but not seeing hardly any with it so I can't let that be a deal breaker for me.

I like this one the best.

The silver one is ugly, at least that's my opinion...

Without a doubt!!

Although I like the wheels mod on the 40K mile 2006, I don't like the rear bumper. But definately between the two. Not a big fan of bananas (sorry Raazor).

Seeing that list I don't think I'd even consider the blue one any more.
