ONLY PRENIUM 93 % . Going to go to Sunoco and look for 95. I always used Amaco 95 in my 79 camaro z28. Wish they were still around !

I'm tuned for only 93 an I only use chevron. On my first c4 vette in college I destroyed three fuel pumps using shell fuel so that left a bad taste in my mouth for them! Didn't find out till years later that was the issue

I'm with Gary. 93 is all I put in mine. I was told that Shell V-Power is the best gasoline out there, followed by Chevron/Texaco, and then Exxon.

While um sure that you can put any kind of gas as long as is unleaded, I love my car so much that I would not put anything less than 93! After all what's a few cents to treat your baby to the best care u can. The vette is already "economical enough" as far a gas usage goes. Hummmmm I think that we can leave the hosing the cheapest possible fuel to those driving Honda civics and pt cruisers!!!!

93 normally. Sometimes I'll alternate btwn 93 and 89, just won't let it go below 1/2 tank.

I'm in Eastern New Mexico near the Texas border and I think our premium is 91. I don't pay attention to the octane, I just grab the one that is the most expensive that doesn't have a green handle(deisel).

Use Chevron 87 with Techron
